Licensed and Certified Geriatric Care Managers are available to review all social, financial, medical, and legal issues and create a customized plan for you. Our extensive knowledge base can provide you with a referral network of providers, physicians, specialists, psychiatrists, and assisted living or nursing home communities. If an assisted living community or nursing home is chosen, we can assist you with paperwork and transition to placement. Our professionals will give you the tools and resources to optimize your benefits. We can also negotiate with communities to reduce your community fee and/or rate. Families who come to us always say the same thing – wishing they had come to us sooner because they were headed in the wrong direction and could have saved so much time.
