Browning Geriatric Consulting does not accept referral fees. Our referral network is based upon years of working with community leaders and elderly care providers to create an extensive referral network for our clients.

Individuals & Families

Contact our office to schedule an appointment.  Many services are available at BGC to assist you. Based on your needs, one of our care coordinators will schedule you for the service.  An MD order is not required for a  Medicare referral. Attorney

Attorneys can refer clients directly to BGC or have the clients contact us directly.  We offer consulting, assessments, and Probate Court practices.  Click here for more information about our services.

Doctor Offices

Physicians can refer clients directly to BGC or have the clients contact us directly.  Beyond their medical care, there may be issues about placement, family dynamics, counseling needs, or other issues that take more time.  An MD order is not required for a Medicare referral.  The initial in-office visit can be covered by Medicare.  Click here for more information about our services.

Hospital

Hospital staff can refer clients directly to BGC or have the clients contact us directly. An MD order is not required for a Medicare referral.  Our professionals work with Home Health Care Providers to complete a short and long-term plan.  Family members dealing with the stress and confusion when a loved one is in the hospital can be overwhelming.  They often do not know which way to turn.  Our professionals can assist with counseling, referrals, and transitioning home or to a facility.  Click here for more information about our services.

Financial Institution

Trustees and financial advisors can refer clients to BGC or have clients contact us directly.  We work with trustees and financial advisors to assist their clients with professional guidance and counseling.  From initial assessments to home-care management, we will develop a short and long-term plan to meet the clients’ goals and health care needs. EAPrefer Program

Contact your Human Resource Department to learn if you are qualified for these services.  The employee can then make a direct referral for an EAP counselor through Browning Geriatric Consulting.
