MAY: FREE Seminar to Promote National Geriatric Care Manager Month

Browning Geriatric Consulting (BGC) will participate in National Geriatric Care Manager Month by conducting a free seminar at Palmettos Assisted Living Community in Greenville SC on Thursday, May 30th at 2 pm. The seminar will cover topics such as: how to make the best of your time with your MD, medication management and what is a Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) and how they can help you. Certified Geriatric Care Managers (CGCMs) are specialized health and human service professionals advocating and directing the care of older adults facing ongoing health challenges. All CGCMs undergo rigorous requirements including an advanced degree in a related field and additional accreditation work before qualifying for this certification.
