My dad is in the hospital and the hospital social worker just handed me a book with a long list of nursing home options. I have no idea which nursing home to choose and must make a decision today as he is going to be discharged. My dad wants to go home. What can you do?
Our professionals can meet you at the hospital, evaluate home care verses facility care and facilitate the process. We look at the Medicare and Medicaid implications and options as well. Once discharged from the hospital, you will have fewer options. Contacting BGC while your loved one is in the hospital ensures that we can expand your choice options and help you select the best nursing home.
